The Radius Story
It's hard to separate our story from the story of those who have come before us. We are part of a long line of people who have interacted with a living God and have passed on their experiences so that we would continue the revolution that Jesus started. We aren't doing anything new. Rather, we are continuing something very ancient.

ACT I: hearing
After starting several other churches in the Southeast, John Reeves planted Radius Church in Columbia, SC. In December of 2005, John and his wife Cheryl felt that God was calling them to move to Greenville. John and his brother Matt began to pray for direction. In the months that followed, the elders affirmed that God was leading the Reeves family to move to Greenville and start a church.

ACT II: doing
In September of 2006, Matt and John purchased a building in Greenville with the financial support of Radius Columbia. The building required a lot of work, but by January 2007, the gym had been converted to a community center run by Matt and Jenny Reeves. The Frazee Dream Center was born. Meanwhile, a group of people began to coalesce who regularly met and prayed about forming an expression of the church. In January of 2008, Stuart Fuller joined the Radius community as a regular teacher at the gathering.

ACT III: being
Now we are finding ourselves to be the church. We are people - real people with bumps and bruises, fears and struggles - who are on a common journey of exploring, questioning, and wrestling with ways to live out the teachings of Jesus today in Greenville.

This is our story. This is who we are.
