The community that is "radius" is a movement of people seeking to live fully as disciples of Jesus. We believe following the simple, difficult, messy way of Jesus is the best possible way to live.

We believe there is a God who is madly in love with us. We are learning to love back recklessly with our hearts and souls and minds and strength. In Him, we are becoming alive.

Deep within this community is a desire to commune with God - to live and move and exist in His presence.

We stake all of our hope for this desire on the man-God named Jesus. A bloody cross tells us that shalom is now available between us & God. An empty tomb from 2000 years ago tells us that anything is now possible. We believe that Jesus Christ ushered in a Kingdom that is both already here and not yet complete.

The mission of this movement is to bring some degree of heaven to earth - to live out the answer to Christ's prayer, "God's will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." So as we find things within us and around us that wouldn't exist in heaven, we are compelled to become aware of and join in God's plan of redemption and restoration. Wherever oppression exists, whether it takes the form of poverty or religion, whether it's a homeless family in Greenville or someone who lives under the law of guilt... we seek to overcome sin's grip with radical love.

Some of us are new at this and are just warming up to the idea that God is

moving here and now. Some of us are becoming aware of Him within each breath. All of us are journeying deeper and deeper together towards Him through Jesus.


We are a people who seek the Kingdom of God.
We desire to be a people who live in communion with the living God.
We desire to be a people who live in deep community with one another.
We desire to be a people who live in mission to love our neighbor, our city, our world.
